When ordering products by phone, fax or email, list the product(s) you want and, if applicable, the size, weight, and colour for each.

Organizations will have the choice to pay through PayPal at the time of ordering or to have an invoice sent with the order for payment upon receipt of the order.
Individuals must pay prior to shipment of the order. See Payment for more details.
Standard product orders will be sent within 2 weeks of ordering. Custom-made orders will be sent within 1 month of receiving all necessary information.
