While on a snack break at a class I was taking, someone offered me a container of yogurt. When I declined, she wondered if I wanted another flavour.
It wasn't the flavour that stopped me. It was because it was made with a sugar substitute and I find almost all sugar substitutes, stevia included, have a bitter aftertaste.
She then said, "So you don't like coffee."
The surprise must've shown in my face because she said, "You are bitter sensitive so for you, coffee would be very bitter."
She was right.
I am a 100% tea person. Even then, I can't drink my black teas very strong. If the tea bag is left in the hot water, the tea tastes bitter to me.
