This week's Take AIM (time limited link), was about the connection of music to our thoughts and bodies, specifically introducing the idea of classical music and its impact on us.
This is the penultimate (always wanted to use that word and now I have) issue of our seven senses series (proprioception, vestibular, vision, olfactory, taste, tactile, and auditory).
We are now looking at other possible series to work on next.
Maybe something about sensory sensitivities related to specific body parts? Or something about how other cultures deal with sensory sensitivities? Or various ways of handling specific, common sensitivities? Or location-specific topics, like being in a car, on a bus, in a stranger's home, a store or a new classroom? Or something that interests you?
Please share if any of the above interest you, or better yet, a topic or series that keeps tapping you on the noggin.
We would love to hear from you (and that would be in keeping with our auditory theme from this week). Thanks!
