Juggling Improves Reading

it is obvious that the brain affects what the body does. Did you know that what the body does can improve the brain?  Activity helps the brain to create new pathways.

One skill that Jim Kwik of Kwik Learning recommends and does in his classes is juggling. It uses both left and right hands and develops visual tracking and peripheral vision.

A beginner tip to learn juggling is to use Kleenex (moves more slowly in the air).

Another one is to use a rolled up sock (won’t roll away).

A third and final tip is to practice over a bed or chesterfield (picking up your juggling props is quicker).
