Have the choice to pay through PayPal at the time of ordering or for Canada only, to have an invoice sent with the order for payment upon receipt of the order. If later payment through invoicing is preferred, the order can be placed through the website, using manual (not PayPal) for payment method or through email, phone, fax or mail.
Please include both a contact person and the name of the organization.
